After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations about your order;
1-Your order has been received.
We will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. This e-mail includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.
2-Your order has shipped.
This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, time selected, and your shipping location.
Reviewing Your Orders
You can review the status of any order you have placed via My Account. For orders that have yet to ship, you will be able to review the order total, shipping address and payment method. For orders that have already been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can confirm the date and method of shipment, an estimated date of arrival, and a tracking number, if applicable. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.
If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please e-mail us at email@example.com and make sure to include your uniquebnature.com order number. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to uniquebnature.com according to our 30 day money back return policy.
If you cancel your order more than two times a cancellation fee of 10% will be applied.
